Welcoming Our New Advisory Board Members
We are honored to announce the addition of five exceptional leaders to the Chorus Board of Directors. Each brings distinctive expertise across healthcare, technology, operations, and innovation — aligning perfectly with our vision to redefine how families and professionals coordinate and deliver care.
Domenico brings decades of executive leadership experience from roles at Verizon, Salesforce, Charter Communications, and San Diego International Airport. Today, he leads Andiamo Advisory Group and Andiamo Academy, helping organizations grow with purpose while mentoring future leaders.
A nationally recognized leader in senior-living innovation, Sara has more than two decades shaping lifestyle and experience programs across the continuum of care. As founder of LE3 Solutions, she partners with vendors, operators, and investors to advance programming and technologies that enhance the aging experience. Her past leadership includes roles with Senior Care Centers, Holiday Retirement, and Experience Senior Living.
Jessica is a dynamic growth leader with nearly two decades of executive experience across professional services, technology-enabled, and regulated businesses. As strategic operator of Seed Light Ventures, she partners with leadership teams, advisors, and boards to sharpen positioning, accelerate value creation, and drive sustainable growth.
Emily is a healthcare leader passionate about designing and implementing innovative solutions that empower vital living. Her award-winning approach integrates emerging technologies, data-driven insights, and personalized programming to promote healthy aging across the continuum of care.
Jimmy Dance is the Alliance Partnerships Manager at Uber Health, where he develops strategic collaborations to improve healthcare access and delivery. His extensive background in payor solutions, value-based care, and population-health management spans leadership roles at LetsGetChecked, IBM, and Philips. Jimmy holds an MHA and MBA from Georgia State University and a BS from The University of Alabama.
