Sara Kyle Joins the Chorus Advisory Board

PASADENA, MD — September 10, 2025 — Chorus, an emerging care coordination platform for families supporting aging loved ones, is pleased to announce that Sara Kyle, PhD, Founder and Principal of LE3 Solutions, has joined its Advisory Board.
Sara is a nationally recognized leader in senior living innovation, with over two decades of experience designing, leading, and advising lifestyle and experience programs across the full continuum of care. As the founder of LE3 Solutions, she works with vendors, operators, and investors to advance lifestyle programming, supplemental technology, and innovative solutions that enhance the aging experience.
Her background includes leadership roles at some of the largest operators in the industry, including Senior Care Centers with 110 communities, Holiday Retirement with 262 communities, and Experience Senior Living with 13 communities. This breadth of operational experience gives Sara unique insight into the challenges and opportunities of implementing innovation in real-world senior living environments.

Sara is widely known in the aging space as a serial collaborator and customer experience advocate. She has spent more than 15 years researching, designing, and implementing lifestyle programs and is sought after for her ability to bridge innovation and execution while ensuring adoption by end users. Her academic background includes a BS in Exercise Science, MS in Sport & Recreation Management, and PhD in Kinesiology. This reflects her belief that body, mind, and community form the core of quality of life.
