Lambert brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership across legal, governance, and enterprise risk domains, with extensive experience guiding mission-driven organizations through growth, innovation, and disciplined governance.

Brent Lambert previously served for eight years as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lexmark International, a $2B global imaging and IoT technology company, where he was a member of the executive leadership team and key advisor to the CEO and Board. During his tenure, Brent also served as interim Co-CEO and played a pivotal role in Lexmark’s landmark acquisition by Xerox.
Over the course of his career, Brent has led global functions including legal, corporate strategy, government affairs, intellectual property, data privacy, compliance, internal audit, and IT security. He has guided organizations through both public and private ownership, transformational M&A transactions, corporate strategy redesigns, complex litigation, and sensitive regulatory matters.
Earlier in his career, Brent practiced law at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, representing Fortune 500 clients on a wide range of corporate and strategic matters.
